MUSIC OF LEO KOTTKE WORKSHOP
Since 2008 I have been an instructor for the Music of Leo Kottke Workshop, which is held annually at different locations around the country.
The Music of Leo Kottke Workshop is a three-day class where fingerstyle guitar students learn to play select Leo Kottke compositions. The class is supplemented with archival video and specifically designed teaching materials, and
includes multimedia presentations on the background, career, compositions, and technique of Leo Kottke. We are happy to feature rare archival video of Kottke discussing composition, performance, and a life devoted to music. There is also an online lesson option.
We announce the workshop dates and which compositions we will be presenting each spring.
